Sandy Crest Medical Centre - Feedback
While we do sincerely cherish the many praises
and superlatives that have come our way on a daily basis, however,
we also appreciate our patients’ constructive criticism because this
facilitates us in making the necessary adjustments in order to
improve on our service. With the help of the Almighty we are
confident that quality service and Sandy Crest will become increasingly
synonymous over the short and long term.
There are essentially four ways that Sandy Crest
gathers information regarding our service to our patients. They are:
1. Patients’ Comment Book
From opening day we have placed a comments book on the reception
desk so that patients can record their remarks. Here is a sample of
recent comments:
